I. Be Still and Acknowledge The Creator
- Be aware of each breath I take. God has awakened me to breathe His breath (Hebrew ruach – wind and spirit) of life. My Elohim, Supreme Creator.
- Breathe out and settle into the arms of Jesus. Oh my Jehovah Raah, my tender Shepherd, my intimate friend.
- Find rest, satisfaction, and delight in the God who sees me – My El Roi. Genesis 16:13
- Acknowledge the presence of God in and around me through the Holy Spirit.
- Know in my mind and believe in my heart in a God that can meet my every need. My El Shaddai – all powerful and all sufficient provider! The God who stands on a mountain with absolute power.

II. Worship
- All praise and honor and glory to a Holy God, an Almighty God, a Supreme and Sovereign Superpower above all other gods, the Lord of the Hosts.
- God, you alone are worthy.
- Let my attitude be one of complete adoration.
- Sing, sing, sing! O sing hallelujah!
- I desire to gaze upon the beauty of my Savior and Lord and to seek Him in His temple which He has placed inside of me.
- I am connecting with the Holy Spirit today.
- I cannot see God as Sovereign over my life unless I lift His Name higher, higher, higher.
- I am holy because I am a child of the King of Kings.
- Here in my quiet time, God shares His Holiness with me. Jeremiah 31:14 “and my people will be filled with my bounty”

III. Forgiveness and Forgetting – Psalm 51
- The compassion and mercies of God are new every morning. Lamentations 3:22-24
- I pour out all my extreme emotions, out of control passions and thoughts, inadequacies, wrong motives, failures, imbalances, any and every thing that holds me back from being an ambassador for you and I lay them at the feet of Jesus.
- Wash me white as snow, cleanse me with hyssop, blot out my transgressions until I am fresh and clean. Psalm 51:7
- Clear and cleanse my heart, mind and soul.
- Help me to forgive all who have wronged me in my past. Help me to forget these wrongs. Help me to perform acts of kindness for these.
- I surrender to You, O God.
- Behold! I am made new! My heart is pure!
- Gentle teacher, position me so that I can learn from You today. John 14:26
- Teach me inner wisdom. Psalm 51:6
- Bind Satan and his demons from my life and the lives of my family, friends and acquaintances and all those I pray for. Matthew 16:19
- Loose the Holy Spirit upon and through my life, the lives of my family, friends and acquaintances and all those I pray for, O Holy One! Matthew 16:19
- Return joy and gladness fresh to my life again this morning!
- Restore to me the joy of my salvation.

IV. The Cup / My Portion / My Inheritance – Psalm 23:5
The Glorious Freedom of God’s Glory Shared With Me
- Forgiveness that sprouts the joy and gladness of my salvation. Psalm 51:8
- Willing enduring spirit to sustain me through my day. Psalm 51:12
- Soothing tongue that is a “tree of life”. Proverbs 15:4
- Strong Deliverer to meet the needs of my world. Psalm 139:7
- Barrier breaker…wall destructer…curtain splitter….
- Freedom to live and while living to share my identity with Christ. Romans 8:21
- Intercession by the Holy Spirit in words I cannot express in accordance with God’s will. Romans 8:27
- High and Strong Tower of safety, security, and protection over my life. Proverbs 18:10
- Perseverance to “run the race” to the end of my days. Hebrews 12:1
- Endurance for sustenance during trials and tribulations. Colossians 1:11
- Strength in times of weakness. Colossians 1:11
- Intentional conversation with someone today.
- Initiate elements of hospitality in my life.
- Place me on a rock, that I might be hidden in a cleft as You, O God, pass by.
- Joy beyond measure boiling up and out. John 17:13
- Eternal inner peace for anxiety.

V. The Filling / The Fullness
- God desires to give Himself abundantly to me in order to meet my every need. What is my greatest need(s) today?
- Believe and trust in God who is an all-sufficient, even extravagant provider for me today. Ephesians 1:18-19
- Take a look at how deep the emptiness is in my life today and be willing to allow God to fill it with Himself. The deepness of the hole is in direct relationship to the prospect of the fullness of God dwelling in me. Ephesians 3:19
- More Of You, O God, less of me.

- Lord, you see into my soul and your grace is an unmerited, deeply compassionate favor to me.
- Help me, Lord, to explore with you what is hidden deep inside of me. Heal the scars and wounds in my past.
- I long to have peace with You, O God.
- God’s safety, security, and protection is the foundation for peace in my life.
- Christ’s pardon paid the price for my peace.
- The Holy Spirit seals peace for me in this moment and that is untouchable into all eternity.
- I am an ambassador to bring God’s peace to others and my world.

- Let go, let God, and His Host of Fierce and Strong Warrior Angels go to battle in my stead and for others.

- Live knowing and believing God is involved in my life and in the life of all those around me.
- Expect God to interact with me in an unexpected way today.
